GICAM 600, 2000 and 2000H

Whereas most solutions on the market consist of adapting a 3D printing device to existing machines, our solutions are designed specifically for additive manufacturing, and are not the result of superimposing processes or equipment. This enables us to offer affordable and extremely versatile machines, which can be used to carry out reliability-enhancing surface treatments, manufacture parts with complex geometries, or add functions to existing parts.
User-friendly and easy to handle, the GICAM 600, GICAM 2000 and GICAM 2000H benefit from a Plug & Play design that makes them easy to integrate into any workshop, and can be adapted to produce parts of any volume. GICAM 600 is a versatile and economical 3D metal laser printing solution.
It is equipped with Sotimeco’s patented technology, including an interchangeable DED laser print head that can be switched from WLAM (wire) to LMD (powder), and a multi-material feeder (double powder feeder + double wire feeder). It can print in mono or bi-materials, or create a mixture of 2 materials in precise and variable proportions, enabling the creation of parts with unique properties.
Compact and quick to deploy, GIGAM 600 is ideal for the manufacture of small and medium-sized parts, for prototyping, pre-production or production runs.

GICAM 2000 can handle parts up to 2m³ in size, thanks to its 3D metal laser technology.
Equipped, like all Sotimeco solutions, with an interchangeable DED laser print head enabling it to switch from the WLAM (wire) to the LMD (powder) process, and a multi-material feed (double powder feed + double wire feed), it is ideal for series production or repair of parts of any size.

Incorporating Sotimeco’s patented technology and incorporating all the advantages and specifications of GICAM 2000, the GICAM 2000H hybrid 3D metal laser printing solution also features a fully integrated machining center, enabling it to perform post-processing operations (finishing, etc.) on parts manufactured by the laser print head.
